
Circulation Problems
Circulation is the flow of blood throughout the body. Arteries bring the blood from the heart to the other areas of the body including the legs and feet. The veins bring the blood back to the heart and lungs to be re-oxygenated. A couple of circulation problems seen in podiatry are Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Peripheral Artery Disease (P.A.D.).
